乌克兰包裹服务只有以下几个城市：
Kiev / Dnepropetrovsk / Odessa / Kharkov / Donetsk/ Mariupol / Lviv / Simferopol 其它城市不提供服务。
俄罗斯
俄罗斯不能够在当地海关销毁或遗弃任何货件，如果在货件到达后10日内未能收到从DHL提供的所需要的清关文件，货件将会被退回寄件地作进一步处理。
巴西
所有通过快递方式寄到巴西的包裹，收件人在巴西当地的CNPJ号码必须填写在运单和商业发票上。当地海关将对进口包裹进行100％的查验，如果快件发出时没有按上述要求在发票和运单上注明CNPJ号码，巴西会将此件自动退回发件地并且还要向发件地征收退回的费用。
提示：寄往巴西的包裹不论价值和重量多少当地海关都要征收关税。
